Delivery Timeline

Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 business days across India. Metro cities may receive orders in 3-5 business days.

Shipping Cost

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999
• ₹79 flat shipping on orders below ₹999
• Cash on Delivery available with ₹100 advance booking

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no product name, brand logo, or description on the outer packaging. The shipping label shows only the delivery address and a generic sender name.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp. You can track your order at any time using this link.

Returns & Replacements

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of health and wellness products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. Unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer.
