Delivery Timeline

Serviceability and the current delivery estimate are shown after you check a six-digit pincode. The estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date and may change after dispatch.

Shipping Cost

• Free shipping on all orders
• Cash on Delivery is available where the pincode supports it, with no extra fee

Discreet Packaging

Orders are sent in plain outer packaging. Carrier-required sender, recipient, invoice, and shipping-label information may still be present where legally or operationally required.

Order Tracking

Tracking becomes available after the shipment is created. Use the tracking link shared with you or the Track Order page with the requested verification details.

Returns & Replacements

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos. We will review the case and arrange an eligible replacement or resolution.

Return Policy

Opened wellness products cannot be returned. Contact support within 7 days of delivery before sending an unopened item; approval and return instructions are required.

Refunds

Approved refunds are initiated to the original online payment method. An approved COD refund may require verified bank details. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
